How To Change Your Password

You can RESET your own password using the SSRPM portal located here: https://hera.ssdvt.org/SSRPM

Choose the Reset Password link.
Enter your username leave the domain as 'ssdvermont'
Click on Continue
Enter the answers to the super-secret questions you picked when your first registered with the SSRPM portal. Remember that these are case sensitive.
Click on the Reset Password button

Now choose a password. It must be at least 8 characters long, although it can be longer.

It must contain an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and a number. Like: Bees3tree. Don’t make it easy to guess, like your name, or a pet’s name.

Then click on the Reset Password button again.
